12/1/18- VETRN class (last of the financial section, thank God, but good info). Errands (library, gas). Chores (yardwork for 2 hours until dark while catching whiffs of Dad’s burgers on the grill). Work online (sent website updates to my homie). Noticed $300 raised by a WellStrong Ragnar team member’s mom. Progress.
12/2/18- Slept in until 0800. A miscommunication mishap between Jolly Jaunt 5K event organizers and volunteers on a cold, rainy day… Mistakes happen. No big deal…Nobody died. 35 min bike trainer and 30 min strength training. Work online (reached out to WE CAN non-profit). 5K training run around Plymouth Rock with client A (ran into a party of Santas… photobomb!).
12/3/18- Slept in until 0700 (1 hour snooze). 30 min elliptical and 30 min strength training. 1.5 hours yardwork (perfect “spring-like” day in sun and mild temps). Good afternoon at work @ Forte Fitness. More coaching checks in the mail $$$.
12/4/18- Slept in until 0715. 30 min PT exercises/stretches. Babysat (story time yoga at Sandwich Rec and story time at library). Randomly ran into two rangers/co-workers at the marina and in grocery store. Finished yardwork. Meal prepped (mmmm baked potato with bacon and sour cream).
12/5/18- Slept in until 0630. 30 min elliptical and 30 min strength training (listening to “Creed 2” album). Rocked the classes @ Forte Fitness. Happy birthday, Mom, though solemn day as former President Bush’s casket arrived in Texas.
12/6/18- Slept in until 0715. Babysat (building ‘rapid response emergency vehicles’ with Legos and a trip to the fish hatchery). Errands. 45 min bike trainer and boxing with resistance band around ankles (wow!) Nominated for an SBA award :) Renewal of RRCA insurance.
12/7/18- Slept in until 0730. 30 min elliptical and 30 min strength training. Draft of SBA award nomination package begins. Tough shift at work. Meal prep extravaganza. Pearl Harbor Day reflection.
12/8/18- Slept in until 0730. Drove friend to bus stop. Ran 10.5 mi thru woods and neighborhood (first 5 mi with friend before splitting ways and I continued in the Brrrr conditions, flying solo speed with a frozen Camelbak). Errands with my Lilly pup, then long walk with both dogs on a sunny, but cold afternoon. Playing catchup with work online.
12/9/18- Slept in until 0730. 11.25 mi slow, cold beach run, but beautiful, peaceful through horse trail. Cooked up a storm, meal prepping. Caught up on work. Pats loss in the last 5 seconds :(
12/10/18- Slept in until 0700. 30 min PT exercises/stretches and 30 min strength training. Replaced outdoor lights. Good shift @ Forte Fitness (introduced my “Candy Land obstacle course”). Dinner with friend at Tomatoes to share our school, work, and family woes.
12/11/18- Slept in until 0715. Babysat (story time yoga at Sandwich Rec). Errands. Meeting with mentor in Hanover. 30 min elliptical and 30 min strength training.
12/12/18- Slept in until 0600. 45 min bike trainer and 30 min strength training. Good shift @ Forte Fitness (introduced my “Viking Ship row-athalon” with battle ropes). Solid meeting with Tracy @ WE CAN non-profit. Great meeting @ Rendezvous Café and Creperie in Hyannis with friend to discuss revisions to my SBA award nomination package… positive feedback.
12/13/18- Slept in until 0630. 30 min elliptical and 30 min strength training (rage… no tolerance for drama). Photoshoot @ Forte Fitness. Long walk with dogs through neighborhood… running into turkeys and loose dog (drama continues with Tsunami going into a seizure). Good meeting with WellStrong Ragnar team co-captain @ Dunkin Donuts in Bourne to discuss timeline, logistics, and fundraising ideas.
12/14/18- Slept in until 0630. 45 min bike trainer. Errands in Hyannis (bank, groceries, brought sis Dunkin Donuts coffee at her job, PetSmart, Dollar Tree). Hardcore quick workout before work. Positive work @ Forte Fitness. Cooked up a storm, meal prepping.
12/15/18- Early 0515 wake up. VETRN class (good convos about marketing and client targeting). Finalized business Growth Plan II and SBA award nomination package.
